Dr. Isac John, Ph.D in Business Management, who has laid the foundation of Rapha Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd., is its Managing Director and CEO. He started his diagnostic career by co-founding Agappe Diagnostics in 1995 and was in the forefront in establishing the Company till he launched Rapha Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. in 2002.
His vision has made Rapha into setting up a world class, state-of the-art production facility which is made in compliance with International standards. Dr. Isac John's expertise in the field of diagnostics has made Rapha a success story and an established company in the field of diagnostics and made it a 'Trusted Partner' of its esteemed customers. He is known for his ethical principles of doing business and is the brain behind Rapha's growth. Dr. Isac John is also the Managing Director of JIREH HEALTH CARE PVT. LTD. and used to be a faculty member of Management Studies in many reputed colleges in Mumbai.

Beena Isac is the better half of Dr. Isac John and the Director of M/s RAPHA DIAGNOSTICS PVT. LTD and also a Director of M/s JIREH HEALTHCARE PVT. LTD. She was involved in the activities of Rubo-Chem Industries Pvt. Ltd. & Rubo-Synth Impex Pvt. Ltd., who are the pioneer suppliers of Rubber Chemicals in India. She was one of the Partners in Mispa Biosystems, a leading supplier of Diagnostic Equipments before it was merged with Agappe Diagnostics.
